My names Michelle am a mum of 2 girls and my oldest daughter Taylor 12, has been going to Encore since she was 6 (with a few unexpected breaks).

I first volunteered with Encore fire marshalling and helping out in the dressing rooms at shows, which was just amazing being able to see the world excitement all the children have back stage and how close they all are is lovely it's like a family, the way the older ones look after the younger ones and help them.

 

I then went on to helping out with fundraising and helping out at events, I volunteered because the amount of time and effort Allen and the team put into the kids, the shows, the charity is just phenomenal as a parent it's comforting to know that your child isn't just a number in a club that they attend, they are actually part of Encore.
